The Field Service Engineer is responsible for technical support to customers, contractors and sales representatives at the local and regional level. Responsibilities include on site problem analysis and resolution in the field and via electronic communications.The position will work closely with the product development department, manufactures reps, sales engineers and customer service personnel to develop, install, test and document product performance.
Independent problem solver and able to communicate technical information
Reliable and organized self-starter
3-5 years’ experience in central air conditioning repair and maintenance
5-7 years’ experience in maintaining and repairing boiler heating systems
NATE and/or NORA certification preferred
Undergraduate / trade school degree preferred
Some travel required
